The professional studio is located in Perth CBD.

Refer to the ‘Book Portrait Session’ drop down menu in the header of this website. A 30% deposit will secure your session with me. The full balance of your session will be due on the day of your shoot.

If you booked a shoot with a specific time, 30 minutes or an hour, that will be the length of your shoot. This only applies to professional studio shoots as the building and studio is shared with other clients who may have time slots booked before or after us. However, if we have a shoot in your home or on location, it can be anywhere between 30 minutes to 6 hours, depending on the session you choose. this would include travel time & outfit changes, as well as hair and make up if you have organised this for yourself. Prior to your shoot we will discuss location, your goals for the day, and how you envision your final images. My aim is to capture your unique vision.

I understand we all do not have careers as professional model, however I will be there to guide you through the whole process. prior to our session we will discuss outfits & props. Depending on your personal style & theme that you want, you will be required to bring the appropriate clothing & props. If you need guidance on this I can give you lots of suggestions. I am also always on the lookout at antique stores and op shops for weird and wonderful things as well so on occasion I might be able to provide something. For your posing during the shoot I will guide you through different poses and positions. Please let me know if you have any physical or mental limitations and I will work around it. If there is anything you don’t want shown in the images, or if there is anything that you absolutely want included let me know. We will plan the whole shoot before the day & create a mood board together, so once it comes to the day of your session we will be fully prepared & it will just be about having fun!

If you must reschedule, your reservation payment will allow up to a 12 month reschedule date. Reservation payments are non-refundable and I encourage you to book another date.

I understand however that things happen & will always try my best to accomodate for each individual situation and find the best date for you. However due to respect for my other clients, a maximum of 1 re-scheduled is allowed under one reservation payment.

To cancel/reschedule a session you are required to give at least 48 hours notice. This way I can offer a slot to another client and fill up my calendar week.

I try my very best to create a safe & calm environment for your cat, however I know how uneasy cats can get in new environments. If you have a very nervous pet, they may not be suited to do a photoshoot. I recommend looking into calming remedies for nervous pets.

There are calming treats, collars and sprays that can be used to calm your pets. Consult your vet before our session if you feel like they will need that little extra comfort. I am also patient and take my time, take breaks when needed & end the session when they are done

After your session I will spend hours working with your images. I will choose a selection of the best images from the day. Once they have been edited I will upload them to a private transfer file and deliver them right to your email. I do not send through raw or unedited images under any circumstances as the images chosen for you will be released under my artistic direction. Delivery can take up to 6 weeks, depending on my workload. If you do need the sooner we can discuss a rush service charge.

Laura Angel Photography owns the full copyright to the images taken. Imay use the images for the promotional purposes of my business & brand, however if you do not consent to this, the photos will be for your eyes only.

Once you have the images they are for your personal use & you are free to print them & do anything you like with them! If you do post them on social media or use them for marketing of some kind, I do absolutely ask that you pay acknowledgement & give credit to Laura Angel Photography as the artist & photographer. A name mention or a link to my instagram or website is always appreciated.
