2. Laura Angel Photography Terms and Conditions of Sale

All purchases made from Laura Angel Photography are and will be subject to Laura Angel Photography’s terms and conditions of sale.

2. Deposit Fee

A deposit fee of $50 must be made upon the booking consultation call to secure your session.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you cancel or fail to attend an appointment, any deposit or holding fee you may have paid will not be refunded. If by any reason you need to reschedule, you must give 48 hours notice. Your $50 booking deposit will allow you one rescheduling date.

4. Storage of Digital Images

Laura Angel Photography has no control over the environment in which the digital photographs are kept. All digital photos that are stored on external and internal devices are at the risk of being exposed to elements that may damage or destroy the images.

5. Delivery time of digital images

Laura Angel Photography requires time to edit all the photoshoots she does during the week. Turnover time is approximately 1-2 & is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances. If this may arise, Laura will contact you to let you know if there might be a longer wait time.

6. Confidentiality & Sharing of images

All personal information you share with Laura Angel Photography will be kept private & confidential. No images of you will be shared on this website & social media unless consent is given by you.

7. Location subject to changes

Photoshoots are subject to changes & reschedules based on the condition & availability of the third party studio location.

7. Safety of you and your pet

You will be solely responsible for yourself & your pets during the photoshoot. Laura Angel Photography cannot be held liable for any accidents or unforeseen circumstances like a distressed cat. If your cat becomes distressed during the shoot, we may need to reschedule a shoot for another time. Be sure to take precautions to help a distressed cat, like calming spray or calming treats. Laura Angel Photography does not take any credit for medical advice. Please consult a vet before your shoot if you are concerned your cat may become distressed.
